Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At NUD, every single piece is tailor-made from scratch by our manufacturing team. From choosing the fabrics to delivering the finished product at your doorstep, we take care of every little detail, to ensure you are satisfied with the finished product. We understand that there can be minor differences in colour or texture, this is because each product has been made uniquely without compromising on the quality or appearance. 

As a customer-oriented brand that believes in sustainable fashion, we are happy to exchange the product in case of size issues or any kind of manufacturing fault within 7 days of delivery. However, we request our customers to go through our cancellation, return and exchange policy at the time of order placement to avoid further hassle and enjoy a seamless shopping experience with us!

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order on the website.
  •  If it is a Prepaid order, we will send the amount back to your source account within 2-3 business days. 
  • The refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges of 2.5%.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you have received a damaged product/ wrong product/incorrect size, please mail us with the correct reason. Also send two, or three pictures of the outfit with tags intact. As soon as we receive your exchange request, we will get back to you via email/call within 24 hours and process the request.
  • Once we receive the exchange request, our courier partner will collect the original product from your doorstep. Once we receive the product which takes around 7 working days, we will check the product and send you the exchanged product within two to three business days.
  • Request for Exchange(If the product is damaged only) has to be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • In case of an exchange, the customer has to bear the reverse pickup and shipment charges of INR 199. Our logistics team will collect the package from your doorstep. The exchanged product will be delivered to you once we receive the return of the original product.
  • We understand that by buying from NUD, you agree to our terms and conditions, return, exchange, and shipping policies.We will consider an exchange request only once for each product.
  • In case of a damaged product, you are requested to send at least five pictures, and one opening video of the product to the email address enquiry@thenud.com. This is so we can look into it and make no room for errors. Please make sure you are also putting an ‘Exchange’ request from the website as mentioned above.
  • Exchanges are not accepted if there is a slight colour variation in the product received by you. Due to screen resolution, light, or the device used to view the product, there can be a colour variation of about 10% in the final product. We try to display the product as accurately as possible on our website, hence slight colour variations will not be accepted as a reason for return/exchange.
  • Exchange is not accepted if there is a dispute with the material of the product received. We choose the best quality fabric and resources in the making of our products. We would request you to read the product description carefully before making a purchase.
  • Please ensure the product you are exchanging with us for return has all the tags intact, it is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. It should not smell of perfume, body odor or detergent.
  • Please ensure when you are returning the product for exchange, it should be in the same package along with the invoice.
  • Please ensure the correct product is returned to us. We do not take any liability for incorrect products sent to us. Additional charges will be levied for arranging reverse pick and shipment.
  • In case of an exchange, our team will contact you via call/email and confirm the date of pickup or delivery. We request you to be available at your address in the discussed timeframe to facilitate the process. Our logistics team will attempt the pickup twice.

Return & Refund Policy

  • There won’t be any return and refund options available for products that are on sale, discounted, or purchased using coupon codes or gift vouchers. We request you go through our size chart and product description carefully before placing the order.

  • In case you want to return the product, please email us at our official email id (thenud22@gmail.com) with a proper opening video. The tags should be intact and the product should be unworn and undamaged. Upon receiving the mail, the brand will decide whether the product is eligible for return and guide the customer on mail accordingly for the next procedure.
  • We leave extra margins on each product, so the customer can make the required alterations.
  • In case of return and refund, you can also send your bank details, UPI id, QR code, or your Google Pay or PhonePe or Paytm number along with order ID and full name on WhatsApp (+91 82829031234). Our team will look into it. We will initiate using any of the above method, if return or refund is applicable.  We will initiate the refund within 15 working days.
  • Request for Return(If the product is damaged only )has to be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • We request you make an opening video, which will be used by the brand as proof for returns. Without an opening video, we will not be able to initiate the return for the product. Based on the opening video, the brand will decide if the product is eligible for return.
  • Return is not accepted if there is a dispute with the material of the product received. We choose the best quality fabric and resources in the making of our products. We would request you to read the product description carefully before making a purchase.

  • Please ensure the product you are returning (if the product has a dispute) to us for return has all the tags intact, it is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. It should not smell of perfume, body odor, or detergent.
  • Please ensure you are returning the product in the same package along with the invoice.
  • We do not refund cash for COD products in case of return. You will have to manually put your bank details on our website when you process for return/exchange so that we can reimburse the account via bank transfer. You can also mail us your bank details in the email address: thenudd22@gmail.com

Will I be able to return/exchange/ cancel an international order?

Please note that international orders placed on our website are not eligible for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
